Review of Article Video Robot

By Admin · May 28, 2009 · Filed in Reviews · No Comments »

Perhaps you have a number of PLR articles that you purchased to help make content creation easier on your website, or to help you build your list b submitting them to the various article directories. Then the daunting task of rewriting them or having them rewritten for you started to cause you worry. The cost, the time, the headache… there is one product that has come out on the market that is designed to help make that daunting process easier.

I am referring to the Article Video Robot, which is being referred to as a “truly amazing creation” due to the “clever technology” that is uses to convert articles to video. Now for those of us that make a living on the internet, as well as for all of the professional writers in the world… our jobs have just become not only easier but possibly even more lucrative.

Here are the nuts and bolts of the Article Video Robot. You have an article, you copy and paste that article into the window of the software program. The AVR then takes that article and in about 3 minutes you have a 10 minute professional looking video that you can now upload to MetaCafe, YouTube, your website, Associated Content and even eZines.

The idea of using these sites is not new. Writers and internet marketers have been using them for a number of years to build their lists, their online presence and for promotion. However, just as the CD replaced vinyl… the video could possibly surpass the article. Think about it from a consumer standpoint, would you rather scroll through the content on the computer screen or sit back and watch the content?

Concerned about cost? Consider the fact that you can take anything you have written, or any PLR article that you have in your vault and take it and make it fresh and exciting. So even the article that you wrote two months ago about how to grab more traffic, instead of rewriting it, turn it into a video that will grab more traffic, more visitors can mean more money.

Think about this. Videos get indexed quicker in search engines. Much faster than the article you spent an hour to write. Making a quality professional looking video is not easy, and if you were to pay to have someone make one for you, you are looking at spending about $1000. Then if you want to use a voice over professional you are going to need to shell out an additional $10-$30 per minute. Whereas with the AVR you can pay a small monthly fee and produce high quality for less than a dollar a video.

The Article Video Robot software is designed to help you save time and money. You won’t have to edit the video or spend time finding the right footage to use. The Robot will also help you with submitting the video to the various directories. If you have spent the time submitting your articles to directories than you know how time consuming this can be. That is a frustration of the past with the Robot.

Overall I have to give two thumbs up on this product. You get a 60 day money back guarantee, which gives you 60 days to see how easy it is to turn your articles into videos, how easy it is to submit those videos and make more money.

Knowing Your Niche

By Admin · May 21, 2009 · Filed in Niches · No Comments »

You decided to go into network marketing because you wanted to be able to make money online while you were working your fulltime job. The purpose really was so that you could establish financial security regardless of what is going on in the economy. Financial security is great, it is very important. What most people fail to understand when it comes to network marketing or internet marketing is that their success is dependent upon them knowing their market. More specifically their niche market.

Your niche market is the market within the market you are after. So let’s say that what you are “selling” is soccer shoes. Within that market there are several niche markets such as children’s soccer shoes, men’s soccer shoes, women’s soccer shoes, indoor soccer shoes, outdoor soccer shoes… I think you get the point. You can cater to the big market, but if you can focus on your niche you will increase your success.

Why is that? Well, when you know your niche you are going after the customers that are looking for what it is you have. Yes, if you market to the soccer shoe market you will get the people that are looking for children’s soccer shoes. But you are going to be competing against other “superstores” that offer all types of soccer shoes. Whereas if you focused that energy into going after the people that are looking for children’s shoes you are going to nab more sales because those people aren’t going to have waste time going through a huge site to find what they want.

When a person is searching for a specific niche they aren’t generally browsing and if they do – make sure you know that and offer them a selection. For example, when someone opens up their browser and types “kids indoor soccer shoes” into Google – they already know what they want and take much less convincing for a quick sale.

There is yet another benefit to knowing your niche market. You are going to save money in your advertising budget. You aren’t going to waste money competing with a WalMart when you are Helen’s Dress Store. This doesn’t mean that you aren’t going to get sales, you will actually get more sales because the impact of the advertising you are doing is more effective and provides wider exposure to the people that are looking for you.

The majority of niche marketing sites generate revenue through the use of affiliate programs, which are constructed by companies that extend commissions to an external sales force. By promoting and selling a company’s’ products through their affiliate program, you can generate revenue based off either clicks or commission on sales.

You have to know your niche because it will help you understand your target audience. Knowing your target audience will help open the doors to more opportunities for you as well, because you are going to be on the lookout for other products that your customer base is going to be interested in. This will help you maintain a client list that will provide you with repeat business.

Finding Your Target Audience

By Admin · May 7, 2009 · Filed in Market Research · No Comments »

When it comes to network marketing, well when it comes to any type of marketing it is important that you know as much as you can about your target audience. Let’s say that your product or service deals with helping people improve their financial future. While you would think that is something that everyone is looking for, realistically there are certain people that are demanding that product right now. You need to know who they are.

Just like if you are going after the 18 to 25 year olds females then you are not going to want to market men’s cologne to them. You may not even want to market to them products such as hair color or natural supplements… then again you may want to. The point is that you as a marketer need to know what your audience is looking for. What products are they demanding and what products are they currently using that you can make better.

Many people that are new to network marketing make the mistake in thinking that if they can find a product that has little or not competition that they have a gem of a product that they can easily make money off of. Let me give you the single most valuable piece of information you will ever come across in network marketing. You want a product that has competition, competition means demand, which means profitability.

Doing market research will help you figure out what people are looking for. You need to have a product that people already want. I know, you are saying, well if there are ten products that on the market that are just like mine, why would people want the product I have to offer?

To answer that I have to ask you another question, how many places sell burgers? How many diet pills are for sale in the supermarket? All of those people that sell burgers, and all of the companies that sell diet pills aren’t going out of business anytime soon. The key is that they all market what their products do or offer that the other products don’t. Think about it Burger King sells the fact that their burgers are flame broiled not fried. McDonald’s sells their special sauce.

To find out if there is a demand for the product that you have you will want to do a keyword search for what it is your product does. So if your product is for people in the networking industry, and what your product does is design sales letters you would do a search for premade sales letters, network marketing sales letters. When it comes to keywords you want to see that there are at least 20,000 searches for those keywords a month.

You might also want to get on a few networking sites and check into the forums and start a conversation to see if anyone knows of a program that can automate the sales letter process. This will help you see if there are other products on the market, if anyone is using them and if there is an interest in this type of product.

It’s time to get ready for the next lesson. In the fourth lesson we are going to go over picking a domain name and why it is important to make sure you pick the right name for your business.

Affiliate Marketing – How to Stand Out from the Rest

By Admin · May 3, 2009 · Filed in Affiliate · No Comments »

There are many people out there that have made a very nice living in Affiliate Marketing. Chances are greater than not that there are a few people that have made enough money to quit their fulltime job and live the life they want promoting the exact same product you are right now. Why did people buy the product or service from that person and not you? It is the same product… isn’t it.

The answer to that question is going to surprise you… because it’s no. Yes you may be promoting the same company product, your banners are identical, the ads you place that have been approved by the company are the same… and if you are with a company that offers their affiliates a webpage then you even have the EXACT same webpage. Confused? The product that all of those people bought from Joe Shmo isn’t the product you are holding… they bought Joe Shmo.

Let me explain. The key to making money in affiliate marketing isn’t in the product you decide to go with. The key to making money in affiliate marketing is to make yourself the product that you are promoting. Yes it helps if you have a product that people want… that works… and that people are going to recommend to other people. But what you are selling to people is you.

Think about it this way. You are driving down the road in new town. You are really hungry, and you want a hamburger. You see, “Joe’s Hamburger,” “The Greasy Spoon, “ “Burger Galore,” and just a little way up the road you see the Golden Arches. Which place are you going to stop at? I would bet that you are going to drive a little way up the road and visit McDonalds. Why? Because you now McDonalds. You have eaten there before, you know what to expect, they have the best fries in the world and really who can beat the Big Mac or the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Now all of these places have hamburgers, and honestly one of those other places could have better hamburgers… but you KNOW McDonalds.

You are going to get customers and close more sales because people know you, they can depend on you and what you have to offer is reliable. This is what is known as self branding. Why is it so important to your success? The products and services that you have are going to change, you are going to find better products or you are going to offer different services. The only constant in your business is going to be you. This means that people need to know you and they need to trust you.

McDonalds did not make millions off of the Big Mac, it made millions off of the hamburger. The longer McDonalds is in business the more they expand their menu to meet what there is a demand for. But McDonalds never changes.

The Importance of Self Branding

By Admin · May 2, 2009 · Filed in Online Business · No Comments »

Network marketing is a lucrative business if you know how to work it. It is the number one work from home business. Find a company that has a good product, follow their guidelines, and make big money retire young. Well that is the dream everyone that goes into an MLM has. And not that the guidelines the companies offer you to build your business aren’t true, they just aren’t enough. Great they give you a website promoting their company and product, but ask yourself this… why then do they need you?

The answer to that question is that they are counting on you to go out, win the potential client over so that a purchase is made and their sales increase and you get your commission. But what about you is going to make people buy the product or service? Why not just go to the company website and order from there? Your customer is going to buy the product or service from you because of you, not the MLM you are working with. This my friend is where self branding comes in and why you need to understand the importance of it.

What is self branding?

In a nutshell, self branding is you marketing you. Instead of working on promoting the product line you are currently working with you are promoting yourself. People trust people, not products, and no matter how wonderful a service or product is, if there isn’t a person that they can go to, rely on or trust they aren’t going to buy the product.

When you self brand, you are promoting your knowledge and your integrity and that is what is going to help you build a strong customer base and gather new customers. No matter what your product line is, you never change. Self branding is essentially about you having enough confidence in yourself that you can do the best that you can with what you are working with at any given time.

You really have to understand yourself and be aware of your strengths and weaknesses in order to self brand and promote yourself. You need to market your strengths and consistently work on your weaknesses.

Creating Your Brand Image

The most important part comes right now, building your brand. Before you take another step you need to sit and think about what will make up your personal brand. Establish what your key strengths as a brand are. Your networking and analytical capabilities as well as your level of integrity and leadership skills are all essential in building your brand.

Know who your target base is. You have to know the value that your customers in that target group will see in your brand as oppose to others. If you can’t get them to buy what you have to offer then you are wasting your time. Also, though you are marketing your self, it is important to know what branding the company you are representing has done. If they do not meet up to what you are promoting about yourself then you are damaging your own brand.

Define your personal mission statement and let that be on every email you send out, any letter head that you use and the opening statement on your website. Remember this is about promoting you, not the product, because if you change companies and product lines, you still want to be able to use the same “self brand” that you are creating.

Getting noticed

You have created your brand. Now what? Well, that answer is fairly simple. Get noticed! How do you do that? Send out monthly email updates to your customers and prospects. Write articles and send out the links to those articles. Attend any industry event you can and promote yourself. You are in a MLM, get out there and network. The only difference now is that instead of talking about your products you are going to talk about you.

I have seen one example where what a gentleman did was create a little “book” to give to potential clients to promote his “self brand.” What was in that book was comments from a wide variety of his customers and clients stating what they felt about his work and capabilities. He was selling who he was to the potential client, not the product he was going to use.

There is no other part of your business that you will put as much work into as creating your own “self brand.” When you do this, you are essentially creating a marketing program that will benefit you for the rest of your career. Regardless of what products or services you offer your campaign which is you as a brand will never change. You are the one constant in your career. Market that and reap the rewards.

7 Ways To Use Twitter

By Admin · April 9, 2009 · Filed in Web 2.0 · No Comments »

If you have asked your friends and family if they are on Twitter, they may or may not know what you are talking about. While everyone and their mother seems to know about MySpace and Facebook, many people seem to finally be learning what is Twitter. The thing is though, Twitter, while some compare it to the other social network sites, is more geared towards professional adults then anything else. While some young people may sign up for an account, they generally do not last long on there.

This is probably because you cannot post pretty graphics, write blogs that are ten pages long, and stalk the lives of other people through the millions of pictures they are posting of themselves. With all of that taken into consideration, Twitter is the place to be for the working adult that is professional and looking to expand their business through connection and customer relations. There are in fact seven popular ways people use Twitter

#1 Expand Your Circle Of Friends

With the help of Twitter you can follow people who are of like mind. Those who are in the same field as you or who have the same interests are often the people that you will find yourself following. These people will generally follow your Twitter account as well since you all have so much in common. The people you follow through Twitter may never come to be anything more then an Internet friendship, but that does not mean that it is not a friendship that has its place and its value in your life.

#2 Learn About Those You Admire

Whether you are following an actor, a singer, or your favorite businessperson, you are able to follow their account. Their comments may give you an insight into who they really are and how they run business. A lot can be learned through watching people that you admire. You may also learn a few tips and tricks from them without even realizing it. By making some sort of connection with the people you admire you are able to see what it is that you want to be.

#3 Keep Your Family Informed

If your mother wants to know every time your new baby does something cute or special, you may find that you are tired of placing twenty phone calls a day. But, you want to make sure that your relatives are not missing out on the important or special things that are taking place throughout your day or week. By placing easy to type messages or comments on Twitter, your family can see everything that is happening and feel as though they are really being kept in the loop.

#4 Become Famous In Your Own Right

Many people find that they need a fast, efficient, and cheap way to advertise themselves. Maybe you are staring in a new local play or an article you wrote just became published in a magazine. By placing a simple and sweet comment on your Twitter page, those following you will know about your recent accomplishments and will want to check them out.

#5 Learn How To Open Up

Those that find they have a hard time opening up to people, even with the simplest thing, find that Twitter helps them overcome those obstacles. By placing a comment or two a day you can open up to those following you and see the wonderful responses that come from such an act.

#6 Teach Others About Your Work Or Faith

When you reach out to others, there is something wonderful being felt by those who have been taught and those doing the teaching. Many people find that they can touch the lives of many by simply posting a comment or two each day about something inspirational. You have the ability to make someone laugh with your wit or make someone think deep with the use of your wisdom.

#7 Generate Traffic And Make Money

Even though you are not selling anything directly from the Twitter site, you can make use of it as a way to bring in more people. You can generate more traffic to a site of yours, gain more associates, and most importantly make more money. Use it as much or as little as you would like. You will see that with enough dedication you will be able to earn a good bit of money by using the tools available to you, such as Twitter.

Essential Link Building

By Admin · April 8, 2009 · Filed in Link Building · No Comments »

It’s vitally important that you increase the number of websites that link to your website. Doing this helps you steadily increase traffic and generate more sales. However, if you are to be successful, you must be sure that your website is good enough for someone to link to you.

So, how do you do that?

There is an old cliche that always rings true in the Internet world – “Content is king”. And this is absolutely spot on.

You may be wondering how your content is related to our current topic of building link building, but there is a perfectly sound connection…

It is important that you have quality content on your website or other webmasters will most likely not want to trade links. Your website also needs to be informative and interesting, as this will increase the chance of getting a link from someone else.

Remember, links to your website are the building blocks to success, so it’s worth the effort to acquire them.

Now, let’s go over a small checklist of websites that would be good candidates for good link building:

* Websites with quality, related content.

* Websites that have higher PageRank than you currently have.

* Online directories like Yahoo and other business directories.

* Web 2.0 websites like Squidoo.com and Hubpages.com.

It’s no secret that Google (and other search engines) will list you higher in the search results for having a lot of quality inbound links. So, you should really concentrate on building quality links, which will do more for you than tinkering with Alt tags or any other onsite optimization.

The only downside is that building link popularity is not always easy to do. It tends to be a bit boring and tedious. Plus, it usually takes a big chunk of your time, which is probably why most people don’t like to do it.

Luckily for you, there is a solution!

A brand new search engine optimization tool just came out called SEO Equalizer. Not only is this software super easy to use, but it is also extremely affordable. I do suggest you pop over to the website and read all about it…

The Internet Marketing Revolving Door

By Admin · April 6, 2009 · Filed in Internet Marketing · No Comments »

People try to make money online, but most fail to make a living online. They fail for a lot of different reasons. A lot of times it’s just their own fault. They didn’t take action, they couldn’t cut out the distractions, they couldn’t resist the temptations that the home life provides and focus on work.

I don’t want to sound like I’m all high and mighty because I’m making a full-time living online because I used to do all of those things when I started out. I felt like an idiot and a failure. I wasn’t either of those, but I felt like I was.

How bad do you want it?

I always ask people that because, if you want it bad enough you can do it. It’s just like anything else in life. A buddy of mine, Willie Crawford and a bunch of members of his membership site got together and wrote an e-book over 200 pages long titled “20 Ways to make $100 a Day” or something along those lines, anyways.

Each person would write a chapter about a strategy to make $100 a day. $100 a day is pretty good money. That’s about $3,000 a month before taxes and about $36,000 a year before taxes. That’s a pretty good living. You could, of course make more than $100 a day from each strategy or use multiple strategies.

I talk about this because that is 20 strategies to make a full-time living online. I can think of a bunch more that weren’t in that e-book. The point of this is that the information to use to make a full-time living is out there and there are a TON of people making a full-time living online.

So, you can do it. You just have to want it bad enough to work hard and to build your online business. Want it bad enough to cut out the distractions and focus and finish.

When I started out online, I wanted to make a full-time living online, but I didn’t want it BAD ENOUGH! I didn’t put in the hours, I let the distractions get to me. I would sit on the couch and drink a beer and watch TV when I should have been working. I was going out with friends when I should have been working. I was partying too hard and getting up too late in the morning etc.

I was young and arrogant and would always say, well I’ll go out tonight and figure out this making money online thing tomorrow, I would keep saying that. Well, those tomorrows kept adding up and the bills also kept piling up. I finally wanted it enough to make it! You can too!

Ideas For Product Creation Are Everywhere

By Admin · April 3, 2009 · Filed in Product Creation · No Comments »

I get asked this question all of the time. How do you come up with so many ideas for products. It’s really easy, I get the vast majority of them from other people.

I get my ideas, mainly from two sources. One is that I go to ezine articles and read a ton of articles. I can’t be an expert in every aspect of life, it’s just impossible, but when I go to ezine articles, I’m surrounded by experts on about every aspect of life that there is.

Every niche market is covered. It’s not like I steal the information from the authors. They do inspire some great ideas for my product. They have done a lot of the research for me.

That’s really what takes a lot of time. Once the research is done, all you have to do is writing. People always over-rate how long it takes to do some writing.

I’m a writer and I’m working on a couple of books and let me tell you that the research part of the process is what takes so long. The Internet is a huge place, finding certain things can take a lot of time.

The other place that I find my information is from Internet Forums. I have created products just from forums posts before. I obviously put it in my own words and expand on the post and put my own spin on it, but it certainly inspired me to create the product.

The great thing about forum posts is that you get feedback from a bunch of different people. A person can take information from the other posts on the thread as well.

You have to have an audience for your product. If you find something that is very popular on a forum, that will tell you that there is an audience for the product.
So many people approach product creation the wrong way. They think that it would be a good idea for a product. They go ahead and create the product and they put a bunch of time and effort into it. They then write their sales page.

The problem is that they haven’t surveyed the landscape to see if there is demand for their product. You can the best product and sales page in the world, but if there isn’t any demand for it, it doesn’t matter.

Adsense: Theres Got to be a Better Way!

By Admin · April 2, 2009 · Filed in Adsense, Affiliate · No Comments »

Let me start by saying that I’m not totally against adsense. People have sites for entertainment or recreation and have some adsense ads on there. They make enough to pay for the domain name and web hosting and maybe build up to make well more than that.

There are also people making a ton of money with adsense and have an empire of sites. There are some good things about adsense, you can get started with limited marketing experience. There’s no sales page and you don’t have to handle customer service.

The problems are this:

So many people got into it, that the high paying keywords got gobbled up. That means that there got to be a tremendous amount competition. It would be a lot harder to get traffic to the websites.

Another problem is that if you are going to focus on the less paying keywords to avoid competition. You need so dang much traffic. If you’re only getting a few cents a click, man that’s tough. Only a small percentage of the traffic will be clicking on the ads, in most cases.

Another problem is that people are starting to tune it out. I know I do. I never click on adsense ads. A lot of people are just on the Internet because they want to get entertained etc. A person knows that the businesses that advertise on those Google Ads, are trying to make money off of them.

What other alternatives are there?

Well, you could affiliate other products. You don’t have to have a product to sell or have a sales page or deal with customer service, but you can make a lot of money doing it.

It gives you some more possiblities. You can find great products or services that may offer a great commission. They might also offer you a recurring commission. Those are really nice because you only have to get one sale and get paid month after month from that.

You can also do more things to get people to the sales pages. You can write a review, you can put a link on a pop-up add, you can use a peel away ad etc. so you have more options.

If you find a hot product to affiliate, you can get a good conversion rate from their sales page. Some products offer a high commission rate and some product or services are expensive. You could get $50 or more from just one sale!
